If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be refunded for the product cost only after the package has been returned to our facility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a package is delayed, marked as delivered but missing, damaged in transit, or otherwise experiences a shipping issue, Owl & Goose Gifts will first file an investigation and/or claim with the shipping carrier before any refund, replacement, or reshipment is processed. Orders that do not show delivered may be eligible for review after 30 days from the shipment date. International orders may require additional transit time and are not eligible for the same shipping claim timelines as domestic orders.

Orders and Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Approved cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover payment processing costs.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return - items must be unused, with tags and in original packaging. Sealed items must remain unopened.

Return Shipping and Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
